1. Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, unworn products in original packaging with tags intact.
  • Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at support@bluburgundy.com with your order details.
  • At Bluburgundy, each handbag is crafted with precision, care, and individuality — making every piece unique in its texture, grain, and natural leather characteristics. These subtle variations are not defects but a hallmark of genuine leather and artisanal craftsmanship.
     
    We take great pride in ensuring that every product meets our quality standards. However, if you receive a product that is damaged or defective, we will gladly offer an exchange or return under the following conditions:
     
    1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange:
    •Returns are accepted only in case of a manufacturing defect or transit damage.
    •The item must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact, and returned within 7 days of delivery.
    •Natural marks, creases, or variations in color and texture are inherent to genuine leather and do not qualify as defects.
     
    2. Non-Returnable Items:
    •Products purchased during sale or promotional offers.
    •Customized or bespoke handbags made to order.
    •Items showing signs of wear or damage due to mishandling.
     
    3. Return Process:
    •To initiate a return, please email us at support@bluburgundy.com with your order number, photographs, and a brief description of the issue.
    •Once approved, we’ll arrange for a pickup or provide return instructions.
     
    4. Refunds & Replacements:
    •Approved returns will be processed within 7–10 business days of product receipt.
    •Refunds will be issued in the original mode of payment or as store credit, as preferred.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds (excluding shipping charges) will be processed to your original payment method within 10 -15  business days.
  • Refunds are subject to product inspection and approval.

3. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange for another product, please request during return initiation. Exchanges depend on stock availability.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • In the rare case you receive a defective or damaged item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards, discounted products, or final sale items cannot be returned or refunded.

6. Shipping for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
