Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Order Processing

• We aim to process all orders within 1–7 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment is confirmed.

• Orders received on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

• Please make sure your shipping address and contact details are correct: we cannot be responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect information.

2. Shipping Destinations & Carriers

• We currently ship to: India Pls. contact us on support@bluburgundy.com for price and shipping to your country
• Standard courier services are used for domestic shipments, and reliable international carriers for overseas deliveries.
• You will receive a shipping confirmation email (or SMS) including tracking information once your order is dispatched.

3. Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight/size of the package, and selected service type.

• Note: Import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees for orders shipped outside the origin country may be payable by the recipient. Blu Burgundy is not responsible for these charges.

• Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email/SMS.

• Use this tracking number on the carrier’s website to check delivery progress.

• If you experience any issues with tracking or delivery, contact us at support@bluburgundy.com

6. Delivery Issues

• If you suspect your package is lost or very delayed, please notify us within 14 calendar days after the estimated delivery time.

• In the case of damaged, incomplete or incorrect packages, please refuse delivery (if possible) and contact us immediately – include photos of the parcel condition and contents, and your order number.

• We’ll work with the carrier to investigate the issue and arrange for replacement or refund as per our returns policy.

7. Multiple Shipments & Split Packages

• If your order contains multiple items and is shipped separately, you’ll receive separate tracking numbers and the items may arrive at different times.

• Shipping costs (if any) apply as per each shipment.

8. Change of Address or Request to Hold Delivery

• If you need to change the shipping address after the order has shipped, we’ll make best efforts to assist, but additional carrier fees may apply and delays are possible.

• We currently do not offer “hold for pickup” or “leave at safe place” services unless arranged directly with the carrier.

9. Lost or Returned to Sender Packages

• If your shipment is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, incorrect address, or refusal, any further reshipping costs will be borne by you.

• Please ensure you’re available at the provided address or provide accurate alternate shipping instructions.
